Supporting your journey from stuck and struggling to health and harmony
Welcome to Harmonise Psychology. I’m glad you’re here.
Life isn’t always neat and simple — it can be overwhelming, painful and downright exhausting. Whether you're navigating burnout, dealing with physical health challenges, or just going through a difficult time, you don’t have to push through or struggle alone. I take a nurturing and compassionate approach to therapy, creating a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and find new ways to move forward.
“By recognising and honouring the messages our bodies communicate, we can experience genuine healing, and discover more authentic and harmonious lives.”
Rebecca Iannello, Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Harmonise Psychology
Living with a health condition
Living with a health condition such as chronic pain impacts so many aspects of life… from completing daily tasks and maintain meaningful relationships to engaging in work and hobbies.
The journey to diagnosis and treatment is often lengthy, daunting and often not all that effective, leaving a lot of people feeling dismissed or misunderstood. It’s overwhelming, exhausting and expensive searching for answers, and natural to feel disillusioned with the medical system.
At Harmonise Psychology we understand that the mind and body are intrinsically connected and are trained in evidence-based pain-reduction strategies, including pain-reprocessing therapy, to help you get back to doing the things that matter most. Taking the time to understand your unique set of symptoms, we are committed to building a personalised treatment plan for you founded in neuroscience, hope and care.
“Mind and body are not separate systems. What affects one affects the other in sometimes unexpected ways.” – Gabor Maté
Burnout recovery
It’s a common misconception that the pathway to happiness and fulfilment involves pushing through at any cost… and that anything less means you’re lazy, you’ve failed, or you’re letting everyone else down. These pervasive and harmful narratives can keep you on an endless quest for betterment, depriving you of the very things you need most: rest, belonging, nourishment, balance, joy.
Whether you’re working relentlessly in a profession, striving for success as a student, juggling multiple commitments as a parent, or simply used to catering for everyone’s needs except your own, the exhaustion you feel is not because you’re not trying hard enough.
Discover with us how burnout can be a catalyst for new self-understanding, ways to cultivate a life of balance that serves you, and how asking for support isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s the first step in your journey from depletion to harmony and growth.
“Many of us have been running all our lives. Practice stopping.” - Thich Nhat Hanh
Adjusting to life transitions
Life is full of change, disappointment and setbacks, and it’s disheartening and frustrating to discover that reality is often a far leap from your hopes and dreams.
Maybe it’s navigating the ups and downs of dating, family disputes, a relationship conflict or breakdown, becoming a new parent or caring for others with illness or disability. Or perhaps you’re managing workplace issues, leaving a job or experiencing confusion regarding career direction. You’ve tried figuring it out on your own, you might have asked friends for advice, but it can be hard to see a way out when you’re right in the middle of it.
We take a compassionate approach to understanding your unique difficulties or life questions, supporting you to explore your values and needs whilst gaining skills and insights, to help guide you forward with authenticity, clarity and hope.
“To be fully alive, fully human, and completely awake is to be continually thrown out of the nest.” - Pema Chödrön
Women’s wellbeing
Women have unique healthcare needs and challenges that differ from those affecting men. With research into women’s health and understanding of their bodies lagging far behind, we understand how confusing and frustrating it can be to cope with symptoms or health issues for women.
You might be used to being a giver, carer or helper, toughing it out because there’s just no time to focus on you, drowning in responsibilities or trying to do it all alone. Perhaps your emotions and energy levels are up and down, and it all gets a lot worse before or during your period.
At Harmonise Psychology we are advocates for bridging the gender gap in the understanding and management of women’s health. We utilise psychological science and evidence-based treatments to help empower you to prioritise your own wellbeing, learn about yourself, and work with the natural fluctuations and needs of your body.
“Until both men and women are allowed to be who we are rather than who we are supposed to be, it will be impossible to achieve freedom and equality.” - Brené Brown

We also provide psychological therapy for intrusive or unwanted thoughts, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), depression, health anxiety, panic attacks, sleep problems, ADHD and more
At Harmonise Psychology, we are passionate about unravelling many of the unhelpful and harmful societal myths about our nervous system and mental health.
At its heart, our philosophy is that health is a true interplay of physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual elements. We believe that having health problems or life difficulties shouldn’t simply mean pushing through or struggling alone, feeling frustrated, confused and hopeless. Instead, by applying psychological science and developing new tools, we can discover meaningful healing for chronic pain and burnout, and navigate life’s challenges in an authentic and effective way.
Whether you’ve dabbled in psychology or self-help before or you’re just starting your journey of self-discovery, we meet you where you’re at, providing a safe and nurturing space to help illuminate the way toward holistic health and harmony.
