Fees
Our standard fee for individual psychological consultations (50-60 mins) with a clinical psychologist is currently set at $240, inclusive of processing fee.
We understand that seeking therapy can be a significant investment, and believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. As such, our fees are lower than the recommended fee set by the Australian Psychological Society, which currently stands at $311.
We strive to keep our prices reasonable and affordable to ensure that our services remain widely accessible, whilst continuing to provide high quality and professional care.
Telehealth sessions (conducted via phone or over the internet) are available and are charged at the standard consultation rate.
Rebates and Insurance
To help make mental health care more affordable, Medicare rebates (currently $141.85 ) are available with a referral from your GP and a valid Mental Health Care Plan. This plan can provide rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please discuss with your GP to determine your eligibility.
Many private health insurance funds provide cover for psychology. If you intend to make a private health insurance claim, we recommend checking with your insurance provider prior to your appointment.
We also provide support to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), where appropriate and approved under your NDIS funding plan. Please contact your NDIS coordinator to determine your eligibility. We are not a registered NDIS provider and can only work with self or plan-managed NDIS participants.
Cancellation Policy
At Harmonise Psychology, we are dedicated to providing high-quality and consistent support to you. We deeply value those who choose to invest in their mental health. In order to ensure you get the most out of your sessions, we recommend minimising the frequency of cancellations that can disrupt the flow and progress of therapy. We encourage you to commit to making this time for you.
However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment(s).
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There is a fee of 50% of the cost for the session ($120) for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or for missed sessions. This is so that other clients who are awaiting an appointment can be booked in.

Report Writing
Letters of support (short documents) and reports (lengthier documents) may be provided at your psychologist’s discretion, and are charged at the standard clinical rate ($240 per hour or part thereof). Unfortunately there are no Medicare rebates for letters/reports.
Letters and reports, where deemed appropriate, are produced with careful consideration of our ethical and professional obligations to you. As such, we cannot provide letters/reports at short notice. We kindly ask that you advise us as soon as possible that you require or may require written documentation.
As we are not forensically trained, we cannot provide legal or court reports.
